Erin McLachlan

Personal Trainer & Performance Coach

I am a former international elite and collegiate gymnast turned coach, specializing in performance-driven training and movement development. Having worked with a wide range of coaches, athletes and clients throughout my athletic and coaching career, I bring a refined understanding of what effective training looks like and how to apply it to each individual.

Experiencing injuries firsthand shaped my approach and deepened my focus on proper movement, recovery, and building well-rounded strength and conditioning. I prioritize safe, progressive training that enhances performance while supporting long-term health.

With a background in sports coaching, group fitness, and program design, I help clients achieve their goals through structured, intentional training that is both effective and sustainable, without extreme restrictions. Fitness is an essential part of life and longevity, and it should be something you enjoy, not endure.
